Sample content in Biblets is supplied by publishers who warrant that they hold the necessary rights. If you believe material displayed here infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act promptly.

Notice of claimed infringement

Send written notice to dmca@book2look.com including: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on our service (Biblet URL or ISBN); your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

On receipt of a valid notice we remove or disable access to the material, notify the publisher who supplied it, and record the complaint.

Counter-notice

A publisher who believes material was removed in error may submit a counter-notice with equivalent detail. We may restore the material unless the complainant notifies us of legal action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts of repeat infringers are terminated.
